1. How can RocketBills afford to give away free products?
RocketBills partners with well-known advertisers such as the ones you see on the "Offers" page
who pay us for referring new customers like you and your
friends to try their online offers. We, in turn, share our profits with you for
completing offers.
2. I do not have a credit card. Can I still sign up?
Yes, anyone can create an account on a RocketBills website,
but, the majority of high-paying offers call for a credit card
to be used.
3. How can I trust these sites with my credit card?
We select our advertisers manually. We ensure that our advertisers
have a secure website, and that they are registered to accept
credit card information over the web. RocketBills will never see your credit
card information, as the advertiser only provides RocketBills
with your Member ID, so that your account can be credited.
4. How long does it take before I receive credit for completing an offer?
It varies from offer to offer. For some offers, you will receive
credit instantly. Some may take 12-24 hours, while others may
take 2-3 weeks. On the “Offers” forum,
each offer’s reporting time is provided.
5. I did not get credit for my completed offer. What do I do?
Please allow 7-14 days for the credit to be applied to your
account. On occasion our advertisers experience heavy traffic,
and, as a result, they need to manually approve each transaction
that failed to report/record on time.
6. I have more questions that are not listed in the FAQ. What do I do?

7. When do you approve accounts and ship gifts?
We approve accounts multiple times a day and send out gifts instantly upon approval.
8. Can I have more than one account?
Sorry, you can only have one account per household and you cannot have someone do an offer
in their name on your account.
9. How many times can I order?
That’s up to you! How many referrals/points can you get? You can order
as many times as you would like. Make sure you complete offers to full completion for every order and make sure you let
us know via a support ticket.
10. Can I sign up from a public area?
We do not recommend this because if another person signs up
from the same IP address, you account may be placed on hold.
11. Can I refer family members or people in the same household?
Sorry, only one account per household/IP Address.
12. My offers are not crediting, what do I do?
9 out of 10 times offers do not credit because of mistakes by the user. You must meet the full requirements of the offer and do the nessecary steps to receive the credit. For more information, please check out our Crediting Guide.
